Encounter in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa in June 1979

The witness was about five years old at the time and was playing with his Lego blocks by the window when he looked into the courtyard outside which was about three meters away. There he saw a short (3.5ft) grey being with “elephant skin”. He thought it had pointy black horns toward the top of its head (he now thinks it could have been black beady slit eyes). The being peered at him in a slow calm style. He only saw the chest area and the head. He immediately ran upstairs to his parents who were having a Sunday afternoon nap. His father came down and checked the yard but found nothing.
